We are not a franchise business - our good name and reputation have been established through our unique approach and focus on providing exceptional customer service. Our house cleaning services include tackling unsavoury chores such as:
As an ethical employer, our polite and conscientious domestic cleaners are fairly rewarded for their hard work, and we try to provide a happy and inclusive place of work. We believe that a happy workforce is fundamental to our success, and that this is reflected in our very low staff turnover.
You can arrange for us to clean your home at whatever frequency suits you, or if you would prefer, you can engage our services on an initial trial basis. We can also provide an ad hoc service, as and when you feel you need us.
Our domestic cleaners will arrive at your home in smart uniforms at the appointed time to undertake whatever tasks have been agreed with you following our initial consultation. They will bring with them whatever equipment and cleaning products are required.
If you do not expect to be at home every time we call, with your permission we can hold a spare key, which would be secured overnight in a locked safe at our office premises. All keys held on your behalf are coded so that, in the unlikely event of loss or theft, your key would not disclose your name, address or any other identifying information.
So far as possible, we try to ensure that the same staff attend to your property on each cleaning day. All of our cleaners are directly employed by us and have been very carefully trained and background checked under the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). We would not under any circumstances subcontract your house cleaning to a third party.
We consider providing a reliable service to be fundamental to the success of our domestic cleaning business. So, quite simply, we won't let you down! We'll visit you at the appointed time on the agreed cleaning day and contact you in the unlikely event that we are unable to attend due to circumstances beyond our control.
Our domestic cleaners generally work together in pairs, and routinely check each others' work to ensure our high standards are maintained on each and every visit. We believe this is reflected in our very high customer retention rates and positive feedback.
Our management team are always on hand to discuss any required changes to your domestic cleaning plan or other issues that may arise. Your feedback is important to us and we'll always take on board any constructive comments you may have.
Our cheerful, hard-working and conscientious team of domestic cleaners have all been very carefully recruited and trained. As you would expect, all of our staff have been background-checked for your additional peace of mind too. We do not engage casual or temporary workers, nor do we subcontract to freelance cleaners.
In the unlikely event of breakages, or any other loss that our domestic cleaners may have caused, we will of course offer to compensate you accordingly. Our public liability insurance will certainly cover the replacement cost of any high value items.
All of our domestic cleaning staff are directly employed by us and are competitively rewarded at or above the national living wage. They are compensated for their travel time and fuel costs too, and we do not engage staff on zero hour contract terms. We believe this approach is conducive to a happy and stable workplace and reflected in our very low staff turnover.
As an independent domestic cleaning business, our goodwill and reputation has not been licensed to us, but has steadily developed through customer satisfaction and word of mouth. Not being a franchise means we have complete control of how our business is managed. We can therefore provide a more tailored and personal service to our customers.
We understand that the security of your home is absolutely paramount. Your background-checked domestic cleaners will not leave your home without first checking that all windows and doors have been locked, and reactivating any alarm system you may have. Any spare key you have supplied will be returned at the end of their working day and secured in a locked safe at our office premises.
In our view, the key to any successful business, particularly in the domestic cleaning industry, is building trust and providing great customer service. We always listen to our customers' views and embrace constructive feedback so that we can continue to improve how we work.
Cina Yates is our team leader, responsible for managing all aspects of the practical day-to-day running of our business, including the supervision of our cleaning teams. Cina has attended various industry seminars and conferences, and understands the overriding importance of providing excellent customer service, having run her own successful domestic cleaning business for more than ten years.
All of our domestic cleaning team have been very carefully trained and are directly employed by us (we do not engage agency staff or casual workers). They generally work in pairs for their personal safety, and regularly check each other's work to ensure our high standards are always maintained. For your added peace of mind, all of our staff are background record checked under the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) too.
